Returns & Complaints Policy
General
We provide a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days from receipt of the Framky to submit a return request.
To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it and must be in its original packaging.
To start the return procedure, please contact us at hello@framky.com. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return order will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions/non-reimbursable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale products.
Returns
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If the return is approved, you will receive an automatic refund using your original payment method. Note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
