Norway on the wall: Cor's gallery full of holiday memories

Some journeys you never quite let go of. For Cor, those are the holidays in Norway. With eight frames of Norwegian mountain valleys in quiet, cool tones, he gave those memories a permanent place at home.

An idea that stayed

It started with an example Cor once saw somewhere. That idea would not leave him, and the goal was clear straight away:

"We wanted to make a beautiful keepsake of several holidays in Norway."

Not loose photos scattered through the house, but one whole that tells the story of all those trips together.

From a whole collection, the finest moments

The material had been there for a long time. The photos were picked from a large collection they had taken themselves over recent years. That is how the finest views of the Norwegian mountain valleys came forward, enough together for eight frames.

Framky helped with the arrangement: we made sure the photos form a nice layout together. One practical detail: the wall turned out not to be large enough, so the gallery had to be made a little smaller.

A piece of Norway every day

The gallery now hangs on the wall, and the effect is exactly as intended:
