- How long is the conversion window?
- You will receive commission from every order placed within 30 days of the first visit from your link. This means that even if the customer returns later and makes a purchase, you will still receive your commission.
- When will I receive my payment?
- Settlements are made monthly, usually by the 10th day of the following month. The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 EUR. If you do not reach this amount, the funds carry over to the next month.
- What happens when a customer visits the site from two different partner links?
- If a customer visits our website through several different partner links, the commission will be received by the partner whose link was used last before making a purchase. The system automatically overwrites previous assignments.
- Can I promote Framky in different channels simultaneously?
- Yes, we encourage promotion in multiple channels - on your website, social media, newsletter or during direct meetings with clients. The more channels you use, the greater the chances of attracting customers.
