Photos taken with a modern phone are more than sufficient for our frame sizes. Just upload them in full resolution — avoid screenshots and photos sent through messaging apps, as these are often compressed.

Yes. Every order includes self-adhesive hangers, so you can hang your frames without drilling or nails. The hangers won't damage the wall — provided the paint is firmly bonded to the plaster and the plaster itself is stable.

Prefer the traditional way? Each frame can also be hung on 2 nails in the inner corners (nails and screws are not included).

The hangers can be used on most walls, but they require a smooth surface.

In what situations will they NOT work?

• Old plaster - if you suspect that the plaster or paint may be peeling off the wall.
• Textured walls or brick - their porosity may be too high.

In such a situation, it is best to opt for a purchase with traditional mounting. The included template has marked points for drilling, allowing for simple and even hanging of the frames.

No — our frames are deliberately glass-free. Glass reflects light and dulls colours, and our pigment printing with a set of 12 inks doesn't need protection to keep its depth and clarity for years.

• Fading: pigment print resists fading for years under normal home lighting — just avoid many hours of direct, intense sunlight.
• Dust and cleaning: the antistatic matte photographic paper barely attracts dust; if needed, gently wipe with a dry microfibre cloth.
• Kids and pets: no glass means no risk of shattering, and a damaged print can be replaced with a new one.
• Humidity: avoid spots exposed to direct contact with water or steam — bathrooms only if well ventilated.
